Here at Sea Breeze, we have recently redesigned our community to welcome tiny homes and provide attainable housing options for people who’d like to call our historic, coastal community home.

We are proud to be one of the few communities in Washington to offer legal tiny home parking, but in the true spirit of Port Townsend, we welcome an eclectic mix of many small housing solutions!

To that end, we’d like to invite you to choose your structure, pick your place, and enjoy your life.

Our new community just got fiber internet, and because we place a premium on well-being, our community fee includes practically everything! So don’t worry about water, sewer, trash, Wi-Fi, or pet rent; it’s all on us! (And tiny home/RV spaces include literally everything, even electricity!)

Sea Breeze Community offers a path to homeownership that is simple, supported and doesn’t come with the price tag or headaches associated with owning a traditional home.
